Our Satisfaction Guarantee

At J & K Group, we're committed to your satisfaction. If you're not completely happy with your order, we'll make it right.

1. Mealkit Boxes

Quality Issues

If you receive damaged, spoiled, or missing ingredients:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the issue
  • We'll issue a full or partial refund or send replacement items

Cancellations

  • Before Cutoff: Cancel or skip any week before the weekly cutoff (typically 5 days before delivery) for a full refund
  • After Cutoff: Orders cannot be canceled once they've been processed
  • Subscription Cancellation: Cancel anytime with no fees. You'll receive boxes until the end of your current billing period

Delivery Issues

  • If your box doesn't arrive on the scheduled day, contact us immediately
  • We'll investigate and issue a refund or replacement
  • Not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses you provided

2. Food Delivery

Order Issues

If your food delivery has problems:

  • Wrong Items: Full refund or replacement
  • Missing Items: Refund for missing items
  • Quality Issues: Full or partial refund based on the issue
  • Late Delivery: Partial refund or credit for future orders

Cancellations

  • Within 5 Minutes: Full refund if canceled within 5 minutes of placing order
  • After 5 Minutes: No refund if restaurant has started preparing your order
  • Restaurant Cancellation: Full refund if restaurant cancels your order

Reporting Issues

Report delivery issues within 2 hours of delivery for fastest resolution.

3. Giftcards

Refund Policy

  • All giftcard sales are final
  • No refunds or exchanges on giftcards
  • Giftcards cannot be redeemed for cash

Exceptions

We may issue refunds for giftcards in these cases:

  • Technical error during purchase
  • Duplicate purchase
  • Restaurant or retailer goes out of business before card is used

Lost or Stolen Cards

We cannot replace lost, stolen, or damaged physical giftcards. Digital cards can be resent if you contact us with your order details.

4. Refund Processing

Timeline

  • Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of approval
  • It may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Partial Refunds

We may issue partial refunds for:

  • Some items missing or damaged (not all)
  • Minor quality issues
  • Delivery delays

6. Credits and Store Credit

In some cases, we may offer store credit instead of a refund:

  • Store credit never expires
  • Can be used for any J & K Group service
  • Applied automatically at checkout

7. Fraudulent Claims

We reserve the right to:

  • Investigate suspicious refund requests
  • Deny refunds for fraudulent claims
  • Suspend or terminate accounts that abuse our refund policy

8. Exceptions

This refund policy does not apply to:

  • Promotional or discounted items (unless defective)
  • Orders affected by circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, etc.)
  • Issues caused by customer error (wrong address, unavailable to receive delivery)
