What is J & K Group?

J & K Group is your one-stop solution for mealkit boxes, food delivery, and discounted giftcards. We make it easy to enjoy delicious meals at home or from your favorite restaurants.

Do I need a subscription?

Subscriptions are optional! You can order mealkits on a subscription basis for convenience and savings, or make one-time purchases. Food delivery and giftcards don't require subscriptions.

How do I create an account?

Click "Get Started" in the navigation menu and follow the prompts. You'll need an email address and password to create your account.

Ordering & Delivery

Can I change my order after placing it?

For mealkits, you can modify your order up until the weekly cutoff (usually 5 days before delivery). For food delivery, changes must be made within 5 minutes of placing the order.

What if I'm not home for delivery?

Mealkit boxes are packed with ice and can be left at your door safely for several hours. For food delivery, we'll contact you if you're not available.

Do you offer contactless delivery?

Yes! Contactless delivery is our default option. Drivers will leave your order at your door and notify you.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely! You'll receive tracking information via email and can monitor your delivery in real-time through your account dashboard.

Pricing & Payments

Are there any hidden fees?

No hidden fees! All costs including delivery fees and taxes are clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

Do you offer discounts or promotions?

Yes! We regularly offer promotions for new customers and loyal members. Sign up for our newsletter to stay informed about special deals.

Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption and never store your full credit card details. All transactions are processed through secure payment gateways.

Account & Subscription

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime through your account settings. There are no cancellation fees, and you'll continue to receive boxes until the end of your current billing period.

Can I pause my subscription?

Yes! You can pause your mealkit subscription for up to 12 weeks. Just go to your account settings and select "Pause Subscription."

How do I update my account information?

Log in to your account and go to Settings. You can update your email, password, delivery address, and payment methods there.

Where do your ingredients come from?

We partner with trusted suppliers and prioritize locally-sourced, fresh ingredients whenever possible. All suppliers meet our strict quality standards.

What if I receive damaged or missing items?

We're sorry if that happens! Contact our support team immediately with photos, and we'll issue a refund or replacement right away.
